Documents, understood and acted on.
DocuPOW reads what arrives — whatever shape it arrived in — checks it against your rules, and enters it where the work goes next. Not a pilot, not a roadmap slide: it’s running in production right now, built and operated by the engineers on this site.
The job
Read. Check. Enter.
Read
Invoices, forms, statements — the crumpled, the scanned, the photographed. Content understood, never a template matched.
Check
Your policies run the moment it lands: required fields present, formats valid, figures that reconcile.
Enter
Posted into the systems downstream and logged, with anything uncertain held for a person.
Inside the product
The capabilities, in the product’s own words.
Zeroshot Extraction
Reads fields from document types it has never seen before — no training data, no templates to maintain.
Infinity Chat
Ask your document corpus a question in plain language and get the answer with its source cited.
DocuPOW Flow
A visual builder for orchestrating multi-agent workflows, validations, and conditional logic end to end.
Human-in-the-Loop Audit
Interfaces built for operators to review low-confidence extractions quickly, with a full audit trail.
Meet Infinity, your document copilot.
Ask complex questions across your files and Infinity grounds every answer in verifiable source citations — the product’s face, and the reason a corpus starts answering back.

What one invoice experiences.
It runs because we run it.
Plenty of software was shipped once and survived by momentum. DocuPOW is operated — by the people who built it, under the same roof as the practices on this site.
- Watched
- the builders see what the product sees, daily.
- Improved
- the roadmap is fed by production, not by pitch decks.
- Accountable
- when you call about DocuPOW, an engineer who works on DocuPOW answers.
Whose documents
Built for the paper-heavy worlds.
- onboarding packets and dispute files Fintech
- intake, referrals, and claims Healthcare
- POs, packing slips, and invoices Manufacturing
- field tickets and pay applications Construction
- loss files and claim packets Insurance
- PODs and carrier invoices Freight
- and every document-heavy cousin of theirs — if the paper piles up, the sector name doesn’t matter.

The product
Your documents fit a known shape and you want the system running soon: DocuPOW as it ships, on the product’s own terms.
docupow.ai →The practice
Your workflow is genuinely yours — odd documents, closed systems, rules nobody wrote down: the AI Automation practice builds it bespoke, with DocuPOW’s DNA.
AI Automation →Not sure which door? That’s the consultation — pick nothing yet.
Questions
Asked about the product.
How do I actually try it?
On the product’s own site — the demo lives at docupow.ai, close to its documentation and its pricing. This page’s job is the honest routing: product, practice, or neither.
Product or custom build — how do I choose?
By the shape of your paperwork. Known document types on standard flows: the product. Odd formats, closed systems, house rules: the practice. The consultation routes you without loyalty to either door.
What happens to our documents and data?
They stay yours. Processing is scoped to the job, access is logged, and the specifics — retention, residency, agreements — are answered in writing during scoping, not in a marketing paragraph.
Does it replace the people who do this today?
It replaces the retyping. The judgment calls route to a queue a person owns — the same human-on-exceptions design every practice on this site ships.
What does DocuPOW cost?
Pricing lives with the product at docupow.ai, where it can stay current. What we’ll say here: it’s published, not discovered — no “call us” theater.
Will it work with our systems?
Entering your systems is the product’s last mile, and it’s built for that job. Where your stack is unusual or closed, that’s the practice door — the wiring patterns exist either way.
Who’s behind it?
The company you’re reading. DocuPOW is built and operated by POW IT UP — same engineers, same discipline, one roof. The About page takes that sentence apart.
