Data deletion
Last updated: 19 July 2026
POW IT UP, LLC builds and operates AI products and services — DocuPOW, AuraPOW, EchoPOW, the agents published on this website, and powitup.com itself. This page explains how to remove your data from any of them, including anything we received from a platform you connected, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or WordPress.
Start with where your data lives
- A social account you connected — disconnect it in EchoPOW, or remove the app from the platform. Both are immediate; instructions are below.
- Documents processed for a business — DocuPOW handles documents on behalf of the business that sends them. See "If a business processed your documents".
- A waitlist, the newsletter, or a form on this website — email us and we will remove the entry and the records created from it.
- The agents sandbox on this website — nothing is stored. See "The agents sandbox keeps nothing".
Disconnect a social account
The fastest route is self-serve, and it takes effect immediately.
Sign in to EchoPOW, open Connections, and disconnect the account. The stored authorisation is removed, our access to that platform ends, and no further posts or metrics can be retrieved for it.
If you are an individual whose posts are published on your behalf as an employee advocate, open My voice and select Revoke. Your consent ends immediately and nothing further is published as you.
Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram
You can also revoke access from the platform side, without signing in to EchoPOW:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove EchoPOW.
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove EchoPOW.
Removing the app ends our access at the source. To also delete data already stored with us, send the request below.
Request deletion
Email info@powitup.com with the subject line Data deletion request. Tell us which product or service the request concerns, and include the workspace, business name, connected account or email address involved, so we can identify the right records.
We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
On request, we remove the data we hold for the accounts and people named in the request:
- Stored platform authorisations and connection records.
- Profile information retrieved from a connected platform, such as page or account names and identifiers.
- Performance figures retrieved for published posts.
- Post drafts, approvals, scheduling records and consent records.
- Uploaded and generated media held for the workspace.
- Documents and the data extracted from them, subject to the section below.
- Form submissions made on this website — consultation requests, newsletter and waitlist signups, and product feedback — together with the internal records created from them.
- The user account itself.
Posts already published to a platform are not removed by this process. They live on that platform, under that account — delete them there.
If a business processed your documents
When a business uses our products to process documents or records, that business decides what is collected and how long it is kept; we act on its instructions. If your information was processed that way, contact the business directly. We will support any deletion instruction it gives us, and we will tell you if we cannot act on a request ourselves.
The agents sandbox keeps nothing
The agents published on this website are disposable by design. There are no accounts, nothing you type or select is stored after the session, and nothing you enter is used to train anything. There is no data to request, because none is kept.
Unsubscribing is not the same as deletion
Unsubscribing stops the emails and keeps a minimal record so that we do not contact you again. If you want the record itself removed, send a deletion request.
What we keep
After a deletion request is completed, we keep a limited set of records. Security and access logs are retained for 12 months so that we can investigate security incidents and misuse. Records we are required to keep for legal, tax or accounting obligations are retained for the period the applicable law requires. Retained records are not used to provide the service, to publish anything on your behalf, or to build profiles.
